All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in packaging that ensures its protection, in order to guarantee that the product does not suffer damage during transport to our facilities.

Returns must be delivered to destination within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.

Products in blister or heat-sealed packaging, and other products that have a broken factory security seal, cannot be returned.

These conditions do not void the right to guarantee or exchange defective products as stipulated in the manufacturer's warranty. VIKALB PROGRAMMING reserves the right to deny the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of orders that involve a return to the customer and that we have to process by bank transfer will have a maximum execution period of 30 days due to administrative procedures, but we always try to ensure that the period does not exceed 7 days.

SHIPPING

You have 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of your order, and to verify that you have everything that should be included in each product. After these 24 hours, we understand that you have accepted your order and are satisfied with the products received, so we will not be able to accept claims for damages or failures during shipping.
